远同学请问老师模考二25题，不允许卖，也不允许holding啊，不卖但是目前是holding状态，不违反法律吗？

这里也并不是说专业人员不能买股票，原文的措辞是：
Local securities law prohibits firms and employees of those firms from holding, purchasing or otherwise trading in securities that have published recommendations regarding those securities.
大意是说，禁止公司及其雇员持有、购买或以其他方式交易已公布有关证券建议的证券。也就是说你推荐的那些股票，专业人员自己是不能买的。
