Adoption of the Code is insufficient by itself for a Manager to meet its ethical and regulatory responsibilities. Managers must adopt detailed policies and procedures to effectively implement the Code.
我们采纳了协会的AMC，不代表公司就符合了监管的规定。
因为AMC是协会制定的，但各国监管可能会有自己独特的规定，也许在某些方面和AMC的规定是不同的，严宽程度也可能不同。比如说当地监管更严格，这个时候我们只遵守AMC，就不能保证一定符合监管的要求。
