已经授予的养老金算做是financial capital。
对于unvested pension才算human capital。

对啊，所以 vested pension benefits 直到收到payments才能认为是financial capital，为何不对呢？

vested已经确定是你的了，只是还没有发放而已。无论你以后还干不干工作，都算是你的。
但unvested，如果你以后不干了，或工资不增长，这块就不是你的。这是不同的概念。
