The index-tracking completion portfolio is funded with the partial sale of the concentrated position. On an ongoing basis, the portfolio is rebalanced using a quantitative model. The model minimizes active risk versus the benchmark and maximizes the after-tax return of the portfolio— primarily by realizing more capital losses than gains. 

我们在构建一个completion组合时，要以通过模型来建模，在建模的时候我们可做规划求解，也就是设定几个规则，来达到最大化税后回报的目标。比如说更多确认资本损失，更少确认资本利得之类的做法。
