在记录保存中，CFA的规定是应该遵守法律的规定，法律规定存几年就保留几年。如果没有法律规定，才根据协会的推荐，保留7年。
换言之，保留7年的前提是当地法律没有相关规定。如果当地法律规定保留4年，那保留4年就是可以的。
这个题原文说了，政策规定是保留5年，因此就遵守法律就可以了，不用非要保留7年。
