因为ETF在与AP（授权的交易者，我们二级学过）交易的时候，是用份额换一篮子股票的，因此ETF manager会倾向于把low cost basis的份额给AP，这样unrealized capital gain就是AP的事情了。所以这对我们的客户，一般是二级市场投资者，通常是不好的一点。
