global：就是说如果pegged currency利率变动比较小，理论上来说，很多人觉得不用hedge，但是在global credit manager其实还是会用swap来hedge的。

不可以。因为permanent life insurance不知道cash outlay了。term life insurance在到期的时候是知道cash outlay的。

理论上没问题，float换float也是可以的。swap是比较灵活的。只不过实务操作中，一般不这么操作。
