Michelleyu老师，想问一下这个例题的答案，老师讲wei打算投资房地产价值900万，预期未来十年不会带来收益。两个问题：一是原文表述个体持仓是stock和房地产combined900万，为什么说是房地产900万，而且应该不是打算投资而是已经投资吧。二是原文是不是应该理解为未来十年不需要追加投资，而不是没有收益吧，谢谢
