1 January 2011这个时间是错的，应该是从2010年1月1日之后就要求有own cash balance了。

为什么要有own cash balance，handbook上有这么有一句话，是在说carve-out要能代表独立的投资策略，也就是说你如果要调仓换股，你一定会牵扯资产转换成cash的过程。如果你不掌握这些现金头寸，你就没法再用现金去买新的投资品，这样你就没法继续执行投资策略。因此要有自己的现金余额。
