两种方法在做题的时候是类似的，基本不用区分。
我查阅了下原版书，内容如下：
Rather than pursuing a full takeover bid, activist investors aim to achieve their goals with smaller stakes, typically of less than 10%. Activist investors’ time horizon is often shorter than that of buy-and-hold investors, but the whole process can last for a number of years.
这里的确说明了10%的问题，因为该策略并不是要掌握控股权力，而是通过进入股东会施加影响；
关于期限长短的问题这里也说明了，比buy and hold要短，但是也需要维持数年，因为施加影响到生效，股价有所提升是需要一定时间的。
