crossing system就是crossing network。
Electronic crossing networks are markets in which buy and sell orders are batched (accumulated) and crossed at a specific point in time。就是说所有的人先报价，然后集中竞价，最终确定价格。
特点是可以避免：the costs of dealer services (the bid–ask spread), the effects a large order can have on execution prices, and information leakage.
