Johnny同学你好，gross-of-fees return是投资收益减去trading expenses，而net-of-fees return是gross-of-fees return减去investment management fees（包括performance-based fees 以及 carried interest）。有一种特殊情况是SMA账户（也叫wrap fee account），它采用的是bundled fee，而bundled fee是把所有费用打包来扣减的（因此费用扣得比较多），它里面包含了investment management, trading, custody, and administrative fees，因此是多个投资费用同时扣掉
