流动性需求是指在我可投资资产（TIA）中现金部分，用于近期的一些急需现金的支出，例如交学费，买房子等等。
文中说明Their annual savings are USD 35,000, which are transferred directly into their investment portfolio and immediately invested in the existing asset allocation. 也就是说储蓄并不是为了流动性需求（近期支出），而是都会立即投资在现有的资产配置中作为投资。
