loveshihongyu老师您好，我想问一下这道题就算题干上面说了if congress enacts certain legislation. the dividend will increase by 1.5 也是错的吧， 因为他用的是will，但是怎么能确保dividend会上升1.5呢？但是这个答案感觉好像就只是因为没有if congress enacts certain legislation才错的感觉。谢谢

Johnny同学你好，他前面已经说了是we expect，而且在文章开头也说了她预测股利会上升1.5，他这里并不是确保，而是说他预测未来股利会上升1.5
