A closet indexer is defined as a fund that advertises itself as being actively managed but is substantially similar to an index fund in its exposures. 也就是主动策略的基金，但是仅比被动指数基金的主动份额和主动风险高一点。
这个是我们在学习Active Share和Active Risk的时候学到的一种主动投资指数基金，还比较常见。因为其主动风险和主动份额都较低，因此较低的主动风险表明它是一个closet indexer。
