可同学老师, financial assets和financial capital一样吗？是传统资产负债表里的吗？这题的financial capital为啥只有90w，上面的cash needs不用考虑？

Financial capital includes the tangible and intangible assets (outside of human capital) owned by an individual or household.
以上是定义financial capital可以等 价于financial asset。是传统资产负债表的，没有算human capital的现值的。
financial capital是你持有的金融资产，而cash needs是你所需要的钱，所以cash needs是你的需求，而不是你手里有的资产。因此不能算的。
