GIPS对广告的定义（1对多发布）：Any written material (other than one-on-one presentations and individual client reporting) distributed to maintain existing clients or solicit new clients for an advisor is considered an advertisement. 任何纸制的资料的分发，为了维护现有客户，吸引新客户都被认为是广告（除了1对1展示或向个别客户报告）。
所以B选项说的1对1的情况，是不符合GIPS中对广告的定义的。
