GIPS要求公司必须要披露fee schedule。而根据定义 bundled fees也算是fee schedule的一种，所以如果一个公司他是打包费的情况，打包费也算是fee schedule的一种，披露了打包费也算是披露 了fee schedule。

The firm must also disclose the fee schedule appropriate to the compliant presentation (I.4.A.9). 

As explained in the GIPS Glossary, the term “fee schedule” refers to the firm’s current schedule of investment management fees or bundled fees relevant to the particular compliant presentation. If a composite contains portfolios with bundled fees, firms must also disclose the various types of fees that the bundled fee includes (I.4.A.24).
