开开同学年后，造成delay cost的一大原因是因为交易员花时间来选择合适的broker和算法，导致没能及时把订单发送到市场上。如果现在指定好一个process，可以让交易员在拿到订单之后可以快速的判断出合适的broker和算法，缩短delay时间，这样就能减少delay cost。
