皮同学output gap不是实际gdp-潜在gdp么，如果有output gap不是说明实际gdp好么，为啥是经济衰退？

我们在一级学习到的Output gap是真实GDP-潜在GDP，但是在三级中给出的定义是差额output gap (the difference between GDP estimated as if the economy were on its trend growth path and the actual value of GDP
那么这里关注点在于两者相减的绝对值，总的来说，数值越大，越意味着经济状况处于不可持续的状态。差值越趋于0越意味着经济发展处于健康发展的状态。
