郑同学老师你好，百题个人投资部分Case 4的第四题，我查了一下 offer 3的 售后回租这种办法，法律有规定在sale的时候是无需缴税的，所以才选择的C，但是答案说售后回租需要缴税，到底哪种正确啊

CFA的书中是要交税的。书上的描述如下，在P384页，你可以参考一下。
a taxable event is triggered and the after-tax proceeds will be less than 100% unless the company has a capital loss that can shield the gain from taxation.
