吴同学知名分析师的研报属于MNI，理论上说应该在给自己的客户前，报告需要made public。但Guidance里又说有simply because the public in gerneral find the conclusions material does bot require that the analyst make his/her work public。那么也就是说知名分析师的报告是可以只给自己的客户的，感觉有点矛盾?

Vito Chen同学，你好。分析师的职责也是分类别的，有些研报是要发布的（public），有些只是服务于自己公司或基金经理的。
