3.A.9 If the firm sets a minimum asset level for portfolios to be included in a composite, the firm must not include portfolios below the minimum asset level in that composite. Any changes to a composite-specific minimum asset level must not be applied retroactively. 公司可以设置组合组中投资组合的最小资产规模，低于最小资产规模的投资组合不能被包含进组合组中。如果组合组的最小资产规模改变导致某些组合挪出组合组，此时一定不能追溯调整历史业绩
这里的规定是不能包含在内，就是不考虑这些低于minumum asset level的组合。
