PE不分封闭式或是开放式的,只有一种,展示时要求Gross-of-fees and net-of-fees SI-IRR,这个SI-IRR是自成立之初开始计算的IRR。关于PE的要求,他的IRR也是年化的,只是要求使用季度现金流进行计算,相关的原文如下。
In addition to time-weighted rates of return, firms must calculate annualized since inception internal rates of return (SI-IRR) using quarterly cash flows at a minimum (I.6.A.17–18). We will encounter SI-IRR again in connection with the private equity provisions, where it is also a required element.
而房地产的封闭式要求每年估值,并且要求Net-of-fees SI-IRR,另外他要求使用每天的现金流去计算年化的SI-IRR,即annualized SI-IRR must be calculated using daily cash flows。
