米同学Case book，2013年Q2，问题B。这道题里有个小细节，就是题干中和标准答案中均没有强调这个trust应该是一个irrevocable trust。题干和答案中只说了需要建立一个“trust”，并且答案中这样写道“A trust would provide Puente the following benefits：...Protection of the assets within the trust from claims against him or his wife and children, both now and in the future. Puente wants to secure their financial future and worries about claims from outside of the family...”所以我想问一下老师，一般的trust也能有效的防止outside claim吗？

revocable是不能防止outside claim的。一定要irrevocable ，你答的时候加上这个修饰题，就会严谨很多。
