1.这是fund manager决定究竟是主动还是被动投资。没有什么特别的原因。被动和主动各有好处。被动的好处：investment costs/fees are low, investments are transparent, the risk of poor manager selection is low, and there is little complexity for a governing board。
2.被动投资就是跟踪指数。
