P398对financial capital进行了定义，另外在P405页左右介绍了各类的金融资产。里面有保险的现金价值，但是没有保险本身。所以insurance 不算financial capital ，但cash value算的。
Financial capital includes the tangible and intangible assets (outside of human capital) owned by an individual or household. For example, a home, a car, stocks and bonds, a vested1 retirement portfolio, and money in the bank are all examples of an individual’s financial capital (or financial assets).
