Peter F同学，你好：Prospect theory assigns value to gains and losses (changes in wealth) rather than to final wealth, and probabilities are replaced by decision weights.
根据定义，2 倍只是参考，只要 win 比 loss 多，就可以，也说明这个 decision weight 是不同的。
