mgt fee是常数，不管你表现好坏，我都拿这些钱，常数不影响波动率。
incentive fee会影响return，如果表现差，我不收incentive，不会进一步拉低reutnr，而return高，会收incentive fee，所以会把return拉低，因此会降低return的波动幅度，所以会降低波动率。
