framing 就是Decisions are affected based on the way the question is asked (framed)
比如说年终奖会觉得是意外之财所以会多花，平常工资是辛苦赚的，所以少花
Self-control bias. Lack self-discipline and favor short-term satisfaction over long-term goals.
意思就是会倾向于多消费来实现短期满足
