不是的。
代表性偏差的一个表现是overweight new information。也就是说会过度关注一些新信息。
这里新信息是股票价格下跌，但是J无视了，说价格会mean reverting，所以没有代表性偏差。

representativeness：用过去的经验武断推测未来。要强调武断，也就是说这种推测是证据不足，或者说没有事实支撑的。这里没有这方面的描述。
只是用过去推测未来，不属于bias，是合理的分析方法。
