185****1997第二题，违背了interest priority of client这一条，虽然完全可以理解，但是这一条是具体哪条哪款呀？好像涉及到interest priority 都是在讲交易的时候呀

客户利益优先，通常是III(A) Loyalty, prudence and care，这一条说到了Must act for the benefit of their clients and place their clients’ interests before their employer’s or their own interests.
