lee老师好 这里算这个FVIF10，在第十年交income tax：FVIF10*2%*（1-40%）。我的问题是这个FVIF10，老师这里是按每年6.5%来计算增值：FVIF10=4m*(1+6.5%)^10。我的问题是，这十年之间每年都有divident 和 interest吧，这个FVIF10里，这十年的股利利息不用减去吗？
