因为根据题干investment fee是无法识别的，也就是说，根本算不出来investment fee是多少金额，所以不可能扣出来的。
如果打包费中，能算出来交易费用是多少，那么这块是可以扣除的，如果不能就只能包含在打包费中。

这里面只说transaction cost是可以被识别的，换言之，其它的成本都无法有效识别。
