两种情况都可以存在，原则上讲如果客户是账户金额低于最小规模，那么账户被移除是合适的。

不过现实中经常存在的是，客户是短期调度资金，一段时间后还是可以把资金拿回来。此时不需要把账户移除，只需要不计算业绩就行，这样避免机构频繁地去调组合组构建。

现实中还可以再设一个门槛，比如100万是加入的最低门槛，但50万是移除的最低门槛，这样现有账户即使低于100万，但只要高于50万，也不需要移除，同样也是机构为了避免频繁去调组合组。

所以，在这里我们明确的重点是这个组合不参与业绩的计算，至于它是不是被挪走，这不强制。GIPS只是要求机构给出明确的制度说明如果账户低于某个限度，怎么处理。机构可以remove也可以不remove。
