YW老师 这里 direct negotiation 解释说一般在at discount 但是基础课 老师讲的是一般和大股东收购with a premium！！！这很误导人啊

以原版书为准，原版书写的是premium不是discount。
Repurchase by direct negotiation. In some markets, a company may negotiate with a major shareholder to buy back its shares, often at a premium to the market price.
