Simon同学，上午好。公司价值-债务价值=股权价值，然后net pension liability被视为debt，所以deducts the company’s net pension liability from enterprise value
而计算用折现模型计算free cash flow时，service cost需要被费用化，net interest expense不能包含在折现模型中。
