宇同学Q1中，operating expense只在vested and settled时才会发生，这可以作为一个结论？另外grant date时，我记得上课时说过也要记录到财报中，在财报中这个又会记录在财报的什么项目？

1.不能作为结论，Q1可以单独当作一个特殊例题来记忆，正文里说了RSUs vest 25% on the first anniversary year from the grant date and the remaining 75% vest in 12 substantially equal quarterly installments，所以有自己的具体的生效方法，按照每年实际生效的股数，记为compensation expense
2. 授予日不作处理，只是基于授予日的公允价和授予数量，确认total compensation expense
