那协同带来的成本的减少为什么直接算350呢？不是应该算在第三年带来的成本的减少部分117吗？

题目里面写的是每年完成synergies 就是USD350 million ，就是刚开始的时候没有一次到达到350，第一年是117，第二年233，第三年开始预期就是每年350.
