Simon同学，上午好。题目里，licenses是表外资产，把lincensens作为正常资产处理即可。因为The excess of the purchase price over the fair value of Boswell´s net assets was attributable to previously unrecorded licenses，超出的部分被归在了licenses里，所以goodwill=0。
