亚同学第六题，计算consolidation时为什么默认在full goodwill下计算合并后的asset？题目好像没表明是用full goodwill还是partial goodwill。

Simon同学，上午好。这道题没有商誉，因为The excess of the purchase price over the fair value of Boswell´s net assets was attributable to previously unrecorded licenses，超出的部分被归在了licenses里，所以商誉=0，那么full goodwill和partial goodwill就没有区别。
