Simon同学，上午好。如果授予日股价大于现在的股价，那么RSUs会有反稀释的作用。因为expense是基于授予日的股价来计算的。
因为我们假设公司会用公司会用assumed proceeds按照市场价回购股票。而assumed proceeds=average unrecognized sharebased compensation expense，这个expense是基于授予日的股价，所以expense更高，可以回购更多的股票，那么RSUs就会有反稀释。
