因为，如果FC≠RC，那么需要用到current rate method，现在只说了FC=RC，那么只能得出不会用到current rate method。至于要不要用temporal method，我们是不知道的，因为LC和FC关系选项没说，如果 LC＝FC，那么temporal method也是不需要的。
temporal method是LC≠FC时，用到的方法。
