AP从sponsor那么以物易物获得ETF这个过程就叫做create，所以就是AP create 了EFT。
原本书中有强调，AP是唯一可以 create or redeem new shares of an ETF的。
The only investors who can create or redeem new shares of an ETF are a special group of institutional investors called authorized participants.
