公司价值-债务价值=股权价值，然后net pension liability被视为debt（截图1），所以deducts the company’s net pension liability from enterprise value描述正确。
service cost需要被expense（截图2，括号里说的很明白，left expense），所以discounted cash flow model expenses service cost描述正确。
而对于net interest expense，需要should not be included，所以要remove选C。
