逆回购指的是，一方将自己的金融资产销售给另一方，承诺一定期限后回购，回购价差就是利息。
“Reverse repurchase agreements” are a form of collateralized loan made by a bank to a client. In a repurchase agreement, a borrower sells a financial asset to a lender and commits to repurchase the financial asset for a fixed price at a future date. the difference between the selling price and the higher repurchase price effectively constitutes interest on the borrowing. the borrower describes the transaction as a “repurchase agreement,” and the lender describes the transaction as a “reverse repurchase agreement.”

Simon同学，上午好。回购是repurchase，逆回购是reverse repurchase。正回购就是站在借钱人的角度看这个流程（借款人用自己的国债作为抵押获得这笔借款，到期后还本付息），逆回购就是站在借出人的角度看这个流程（把资金借出去）。

还是没明白，举个例子，央行逆回购，是指央行作为借出人，把钱借给商业银行，这动作叫逆回购么？
