这个知识点举个例子：
The bonds have a threshold dividend of 300 and a change of control conversion price of 3,500.
意思是当股票分红超过 300的时候，此时会改变转换价格，变为3,500。
也就是如果分红未超过这个 threshold dividend of 300，则不改变转换价格。
