如果资产>负债时，在B/S中体现的Plan asset（净资产）是有上限的（Ceiling），其上限为未来基金产生的economic benefit的PV，其值为从养老金计划中的退款或减少今后的供款（refunds from the plan or reductions of future contributions），企业应当以养老金资产盈余和资产上限中孰低者来计量净养老金资产。目的是为了让公司保持每年向基金投钱的习惯。
