Monica请问老师为什么per capita GDP会跟L相关呢，其影响因素不是A和k吗？另外降低tax rate不会刺激k的投入吗？

这道题不太严谨，把 per capita GDP看成收入或者经济增长的话会比较好。（原版书也有强调过although population
growth may increase the growth rate of the overall economy, it has no impact on the rate of increase in per capita GDP.）
税收虽然少会刺激K，但是政府收入也变少，对资本投入有负的影响，所以在讨论经济增长的时候税收不是关键。
