之前的投资都符合客户IPS的，就没有必要卖出。这个情况不存在违反公平交易。只要投资是符合IPS的，没有重大变化，则不需要给客户打电话。除非先前投资发生重大变化已经不符合IPS的时候，才需要通知客户
